Group Exercise

VQ Fitness offers the best group exercise formats, over 30 classes per week, all FREE.  You pay one low monthly price for your membership and are able to attend as many classes as you desire.  It's like having your own personal instructors on call!  We offer the following classes: Zumba, RIPPED, Kickboxing, Cycling, Step n Sculpt, Yoga and Pilates.

Zumba®
Ditch the workout, join the party!  The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.  Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.  Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

R.I.P.P.E.D.
If you are ready to unleash the power within, transform your body, mind and life, get ready for R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock! R.I.P.P.E.D isn’t the average exercise class you’ll find at your local gym.  A weight-loss, muscle gain, diet and nutrition exercise program incorporating Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance & Diet, all set to the beat of modern music.

Indoor Cycling
The most fun way to burn 500-750 calories in an hour while vastly improving your endurance, tightening your derriere and gaining chiseled quads and calf muscles in the process.  All set to stimulating music with motivating instructors in our dedicated cycling studio.

Fit, Firm & Burn
A full-body sculpting and cardio class that packs the one-two punch of muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance into a high-energy, challenging workout.

Kickbox Sculpt
Combo class featuring the explosive movements and cardio benefit of kickboxing coupled with resistance weight training for total body conditioning.

Body Sculpt
Resistance weight training utilizing traditional dumbbells, barbells and elastic tubing among other equipment.  Instructors often incorporate some indoor cycling into the class for a cardio benefit as well.

Pilates Mat
Pilates mat exercises are performed in a seated, supine, prone or side-lying position. In addition to spinal flexion and extension, Pilates mat exercise incorporates side bending, torso rotation abduction, which is moving the limb away from the body's center, and adduction, which is moving the limb toward the center. The Pilates mat exercises enhance postural alignment, coordination, strength and flexibility. The technique uses a systematic approach, which sequences exercises according to their direction of movement. Extension movements, for example, may follow spinal extension, thereby creating muscle balance as well as balanced postural alignment.

Yoga
Renowned for flexibility training, yoga also develops strength, balance and focus.  Emphasis on deep breathing in a mood-controlled studio setting promotes relaxation and stress reduction.
